One accessory — and the mood changes
Sometimes it seems that a new look requires dozens of new things. But most often, one detail is enough to set the right accents.
In this video, I’m styling a girl for a themed party. We picked out an outfit, and then started playing with accessories.
A simple wire ribbon turned into a stylish accessory that can be tied in different ways and change the mood of the look. And a veil added mystery, elegance, and that very feeling when you want to straighten your shoulders and smile at your reflection.
It is precisely for moments like these that I love my job. I enjoy not just choosing a hat or accessory, but showing how many different facets one look can reveal. Sometimes just a few touches are enough for a person to see themselves in a completely new way.
