Hat as a way to be yourself
I am always inspired by observing how a person begins to truly unfold through their image.
During the Great Hat Walk, I particularly remembered not the "perfect" outfits, but the people who approached their image with imagination, inner freedom, and play. Someone created a whole story. Someone added a small detail — and it completely changed the mood. And someone allowed themselves to be for the first time bolder, brighter, more noticeable.
For me, self-expression is not about fashion or rules. It’s about a state. About inner fire. About the ability to show the world your uniqueness without the fear of looking “too much”.
And that is exactly why such events are so valuable to me. Because in them, people don’t just wear hats or unusual things. They seem to try on a new version of themselves.
I am endlessly interested in observing this transformation.
